Thread: Terminal Didn't Lock

After the recent patch I was expecting our terminal to become locked but it hasn't.


Background:


  • PA was formed on Talus and has been in existance since week 1.

  • Original PA Hall was transfered to another player who has since left the game.

  • Even through the treasury was removed, the originalhall still stands so I assume it's using up the bank of the owner.

  • Our guild since moved to Dantooine where we placed a new guild hall which is being heldby me.

  • I am not the guild leader and yet the guild terminal remains unlocked and usable.

Any idea if this requirement was removed or what's going on?

It only becomes locked if the Guild Leader is away for 30 Days or more. And as you said u transfered it to another player i assume he isnt the guild leader so your terminal shouldnt be locked.

Ok, I thought it was going to lock if the guild leader wasn't holding it.

No, originaly if the GL was gone for 30 days the term would lock and it would start the vote off and the person who was selected as leader would have to take the hall to unlock the termbut it doesnt lock if the leader isnt holding it and they dont have to hold it to gain leadership, just have 5 free lots, which im assuming is a bug.

The locking feature was removed since the guild leader was no longer required to own the hall.
