I got a guild hall in my town that is owned by an inactive player & none of the members are active anymore . i really need this hall to dissapear so i can place a cantina . the old owner has been out of the game for about 4 months & i really didn't think his character had enough money to keep it going this long . Will this hall be dissapearing soon or what ? Will i have to wait for a purge or something ? Thanx much

Once the player runs out of money in their bank, the structure will be condemned and no player will be able to enter it unless the owner comes back and gets enough money in their bank to pay off the debt. So yes, it's there until a purge happens.

so from what i understand there will be a purge every month now ?

Once the character purge begins, which there is no date set currently, it will handle your problem. Until then, there isn't anything you would be able to do to get rid of the structure.

you'd be surprised how long it can stay up, without a purge it can be there for years depending how much is in the bank

well luckily i know someone who plays w.o.w who was able to get a hold of the old owner . we got him to take it down .. Yay ! it's all good .

UGH. We have a vendor tent that was placed by a player that left the game.

Unfortunately, he also put a ton of cash as maint on it well before he left.
