Thread: PA Tweaks and Request List
1)Make Guildchat visible in Spatial Tab by default. I have never seen an MMORPG where this was not the case. As it is, each new member has to be hassled and told how to re-configure their Spatial tab so they can see guildchat. Make it the default. If they don’t want it, they can re-configure it and take the guildchat out of the spatial.
2)When you access the members list in the guild management terminal. Alphabetize it! I have 400 members and it takes a long time to constantly scroll up and down the list to find someone. If I am changing permissions, what could take a few minutes if the list was alphabetized can literally take well over and hour.
3)Guild Email – Add an option so there is command to send email to only those guild members online. Maybe you could type “guild online” or something. Without this feature those members that are not online get spammed with last second raid info, etc. This can later be confusing to those that log on later unless they bother to look at the time stamp on the email.
4) Somehow indicate when a PA member has deleted their toon or cancelled their account. With 400 members I have no idea who has actually deleted their toon or not. Since there is PA limit of 500 members, this is important. This might also lower you data base workload some also, As it is non-existent character still receive emails in the database.
5)Fix the PA chat so it works! It constant goes dead. Often time when I log on I have to rejoin the PA channel. Perhaps you could add a step into the log in process to join the PA chat automatically. Or when the channel is recreated after a crash to for all PA members to re-join the chat automatically.
6)Increase item limit in PA halls to 450 items. PA halls should be useable by the PA for storage or a treasury.
7)If you don’t someone make it so cancelled account or deleted toons leave the PA or are marked so they can be removed. Take off the 500 member limit from the PA.
Love,
The first thing I do when I log on is I want to see who in my guild is on.
CTRL+P
Click Friends tab.
Click Status to see all online accounts grouped.
Oh, now I see who I know is online. Sheesh.
This feature should not be buried. It should be convenient and evident.
Constructive Suggestion: Make it so i can pull my Friends List out in a separate visual list to keep track of ppl while they are online.
Ppl play MMOs because of the ppl who play MMOs.

I'm totally agreed with this. Even in a guild of 50 people it gets on my nerves that there is no appearrant idea behind how the members are listed on memberlist. Not by when they joined, not using alphabetic order... nothing. If it is alphabetized it will be so much easier - and faster - to use.
How about a few more fields of data.
1) Name of member
2) Currect Faction (good way to tell if you have enemy in your ranks for faction specific PAs)
3) Last log-in time. (lets you see those people that haven't played for two months)
4) Account status (toon deleted or account cancelled)
5) Rank (sure the might be ok but what good would it do?) Perhaps if there was a way to export PA list directly to friends list or a way to send out emails by selecting multiple members from the membership list.
6) Perhaps if the person is on-line or not.
Now I know that the sony database contains all these items and enchaning the guild management terminal is something that could be coded without too much trouble.
It is after all a guild management terminal. It should contain real features that allow you to manage the guild.
