A fellow mayor of mine has a city on the bria server the night before the election he and I both checked the stats to see if we had enough citizens to expand. That night he recived an e-mail that he got x amount of xp and the city had expanded well when we got back to the city to check it was still at village status and nothing had changed. Please DEV help!
