If I place a second PA Hall I know it automatically becomes associated with the PA. However what happens with I then redeed the original PA Hall. Does the PA Disband?

PA Halls are not redeedable. They have to be either sold to another person (use /transferStructure to give it away), or destroyed.

I am not sure if doing this makes the new PA Hall the "official" one.

PA Halls are redeedable. I have redeeded ours twice because I didn't like where it was positioned. The PA will continue to function normally without it, you just can't invite new people or use any PA functions that come from the Guild Terminal until the hall is replace.d

You can redeed the original hall. Once the PA is created, it is an independent entity from any PA Hall. The halls are then only used as management interfaces. I have had numerous times where my PA has had no PA Hall in existence except for being a redeeded item in my inventory.

I actually found this paragraph in the online user manual:

Note, other members in you guild can create their own guild halls that automatically become part of your guild.

All of your commands will be handled with the Guild Management Terminal found within your PA Hall. Your PA will continue to function if the PA Hall is re-deeded, but you won't be able to change anything without having access to the terminal.
