Player Associations Archive

All of our atooine architecture works on Lok. I just bought a PA Hall, tatooine style, for placement on Lok and it says I cannot place on this planet? I thought post-patch crafted tatooine style architecture could be placed on Lok and with all other buildings we have had no trouble. Is it different for the PA Halls?
