Does anyone know if there is anyway to trade faction imp or reb to other PA members without incurring the 1/5 or 1/3 penalty? I would like to get a base for outside our City, but there has to be any easier way to do this than grinding the points myself.

/delegate is the only way, and it does include a penalty... Someone once brought up an idea of having aPA Faction Points pool. Maybe such points would be earned separately as a combined percentage of the entire PAs points. Maybe members could donate points to this pool at a somewhat lesser cost than /delegate.

Any thoughts on such an idea are welcome, even if I won't be bringing new ideas to the Devs for a little while yet.

I guess i find a problem with this i felt the large faction bases could be the goal of an entire PA. Isuppose the devs felt it should be the goal of a solo player (not shure whya solo playerwould want a base). This could prob be fixed easy just allow people to donate faction along with credits in thePA hall teminal. Just an idea.
