So, if you make a PA hall, make a guild, get lots of people in it, then redeed the PA hall...is the guild disbanded or does it still exist?

Our PA hall disappeared in August or something and stayed missing for several weeks before CSRs finally replaced it. The guild was not disbanded and we didn't have to retag anyone. Then two months ago our PA hall blew up because no one was paying the maint, the guild was not disbanded and all we had to do was make and place another hall.
If you don't have a PA hall, you can't add members, do guildwar, or anything else that requires the terminal and doesn't have a command-line method (e.g. /guildremove).

The PA exists. You just can't perform any administration until a member of the guild places a new hall (it doesn't have to be the leader).

The guild exists with out the hall, you can redeed it and delete it, the guild leader cancel his account and it will go poof and if some one else has admin rights to the guild functions they can place a new pa hall and be able to access the guilds admin functions that the leader provided them with.

Yeah my guild leaders quit and the guild hall poofed. We still had tags. Right now my friend Triain is the only person left in the guild.
