Ok, how does one go about disbanding/shutting down a guild so we can start a new one. (screwed up with first attempt LOL)

The leader can disband the guild by an option on the Guild Management Terminal of the PA Hall.

Not sure why you would need to entirely disband as you can also change your name, abbreviation, leader, kick people out, and set various permissions with the Guild Management Terminal.

Ok, what happened was that we did not have five people and we put down a guild hall. I asked the leader to take down the guild hall. He took it down before he could disband the guild. So, how do we disband without a guild hall. I am carrying deed to guild hall

If you put the PA Hall back down, you won't have enough members and the guild will disband itself. Then you can use the terminal to start a new guild. When a guild disbands due to having too few members the PA Hall is completely unharmed. You can try making a guild again immediately after it disbands.
