I believe if you put the PA hall down while still a member of the old guild, it became associated with that guild. Now that you are no longer a member, I would pick it up and replace it (Redeed). But first you may want to wait to see if someone knowlegeable can answer for sure. I just remember that if you are the member of a PA, and put down a another PA Hall, that hall is considered another hall of same PA. So I would assume as long as the other PA exists, it is "Property" of that PA until redeeded.
just a thought

Jascentia :
" If a person who is currently in a guild places a Hall they won't get the option to start a new guild with it, the Hall will be configured to work with the existing guild. "

I am a member of a PA that was slowly dying, and many members wanted to go back to the original PA we were in when the game first started. We all decided we would leave today, so last night I put down my guild hall, and started decorating it. Well, I disband from my current guild, and go over to the guild terminal, but it will not give me any options. All I get is the examine button. Is there a waiting period in which I can't create a PA after leaving one, or is this a glitch. Thanks for your help everyone.
