Ok, so i recently get elected leader of my PA.

Our guild hall had preveously gone poof, so i got a new one and set it up. When the hall was set up, it was just like the other one, with the same leaders and everything.

Now i need to become the leader. So that's simple, right? Everybody sets me to their allegiance, and we're all good.

Not exactally....you see...alot of people don't play anymore.

So if 3 or 4 members set their allegance to me, does that make me the leader after a week, even if all the inactive people set their allegince 6 months ago to somebody else? If not, what do i do to fix this?

You have do have over half the members of the guild Set Allegiance to you before "guild update day" in order to become the leader on the terminal. If you have a lot of inactive members, your choices are to either kick them out of the guild (if you have permissions), or take the current active guild members and make a new guild.

The only way to know what day is the "guild update day" is to change your guild name by a letter and see when it updates. There's no way to see how many have Set Allegiance to you.

I'm in the same boat. I was elected the leader of my guild, but still am not listed as leader on the guild terminal. I'm trying to find out when the guild update day is so I can have my members try Set Allegiance again.

Cancelled 7/27/05 - I joined to play Star Wars, not Jedi-BH Wars. You've ignored/gutted/abused just about every other profession in the game, while spending most of your time working on Jedi and BH as they related to Jedi. You've basically killed the game for anyone who doesn't want the glowstick. Congratulations.

Would removing the current leader from the PA do anything?

I am in the same boat myself too.

Its stupid, there should be some way to see how many people have voted for who, like with the city hall!

Definately needs to be tweaked if your listening Devs

It might, but if you have the power to kick members, start kicking all those inactive members - making it much easier to get 51% of the membership having set allegiance to you.

Also, in response to another post above. The allegiance vote is NOT like the city hall vote - it does NOT start all over again after the weekly cycle date. If someone sets their allegience to you, it statys that way forever until that same person sets allegience to someone else. They don't have to come back and vote again the next week.
