Hello all, I have a query about the relationship PA Halls have with the PA, the PA Halls owner and the PA leader.

We currently have a PA Hall that is owned by our current PA leader. Our leader has left the game and cancelled the account it was on we are unsure how long ago that was at the moment. We are now trying to get everyone to swear allegiance to another guild member but we are wondering what happens with the structure. It is still currently in the name of the cancelled player. Several players have admin access to it and we can keep it in credit maintenace wise but will the buuilding go pop after a certain amount of time after the account was cancelled ?

Will it remain with the guild or will we lose it over a period of time and need to replace it ?

This is a popular question about structures in general. So far, they have never removed structures that belonged to canceled accounts so long as the structures had maintenance. If this starts to create a backlog of "dead" structures that prevents active players from claiming some real estatethey may one day decide to do something about it. When and if this changes I hope they will give us all advance warning but I can't be certain. My best guess is that it won't happen in the near future.
