Hello , as the text says ... im the maker of a guild and am wondering if there is any command to transfer the leadership for all guild things...

Unfortuanly not. You have to get 51% of your members to vote for a new leader before the Guild hall updates (which happens once a week depending on the date you placed it) otherwise i *think* all the votes get re-set.

As Stena said, currently there is not a way to transfer leadership to another person by command, though it is something I would personally like to see (And submitted as part of our top 5). I think if we can just get the city voting rules though it would make switching leadership a lot easier than it currently is, which right now is next to impossible.
