From the FAQ at the top of the page

2. Adding your whole guild to an entry list

You can put your entire guild on the entry list of a private building by putting Guild:XXX in the Entry field on the structure management terminal. The XXX should be the abbreviation of your PA that is next to your name in game. So, if your guild is Rowdy Ovid Xenophobes you would put guild:ROX in the Entry field.

At this time, there is no way to add your entire guild to any structure administration list except one by one, name by name.

Notice: If your building has an entry fee, the guild access does not work.

This doesn't really answer your question but if you have to add this kind of access to multiple structures and you don't mind adding new members manually, you could macro a long list of /setperm commands, such as one macro that tediously lists each current member and gives access.

/setperm admin (1st guildmember's name)
/setperm admin (2nd guildmember's name)
/setperm admin (3rd guildmember's name)

I've not tried this with more than a few names at once, so I don't know if there are problems with a long list. There may be a better way of writing the macro but I only know this way.

Doesn't appear to work on harvesters or factories.

One additional note to the macro above. It does work, but if you do not pause for at least .5 between commands, you could end up glitching out. Insert /pause 0.5 inbetween the names.

Good to know. I only use that macro for naming and adding two admins to my harvesters, so I wasn't sure what would happen in there were a lot of names.

If you type as an entry Guild: (Abbrivation) you'll get all your guildmembers access to the house.

For example: Guild:FBG this will grant access toall the FBG members to that specific house.

However this does NOT work for Admin rights ofa house. I think this should work well on harvesters

as well, though I have not tried it (or actually found any need for it).

On but Off topic...is there a way to give access to ONLY a faction. For instance a shop that only wants to sell to reb or imp?

Not currently, but it is something I'd like to see.

Ah, good. A thread for something I'd REALLY like to see: The Guild:XXX option available for house admin. This would allow for guild housing where items can be traded or dropped off. In a mutli-national community, often parts of the guild are on at widely varying times of day. So, if my English or French guildie needs a rifle, I'll make it and leave it in a GUild House for him to pick up when he logs in. Problem is, of course, that the Guild has many more than 50 members, so the admin list has to be constantly adjusted. Can't use vendors for guildies. Since a house needs to be public for vendors, it's impossible to put a Guild Vendor up for only guild use. Enterprising individuals roam player cities looking for just those kinds of vendors with expensive items on them at next-to-no cost. In the early days of experimenting with this, we lost an entire run of Brandy when a guy paid the 50K house entrance fee, then bought all the brandy crates on the vendor for 1 cr each.

Either allowing vendors in private housing (where the Guild:XXX option on entry would be effective) or allowing Guild:XXX to function on admin would be a great boon to Guilds.
