I understand that if anyone from a PA places a hall, that hall becomes part of the same PA. But, what I'm wondering, does the person that placed the additional hall gain any leadership rights as a result? Would they be able to invite/kick players, grant permissions, etc?

Could someone verify for me that the manual and advanced guides on the SWG main page are, in fact, not working? I can't get them to load for some reason.

Every PA Hall the PA owns will recognize the same PA Leader and the permissions that single leader has established.
