So,I hadn't checked the maintenance for maybe a week. Aren't you suppose to get an e-mail at 50% before your structure is destroyed. Apparantly I got an e-mail when the structure was at 6% in the AM when i wasn't on, logged on that night and poof already gone. SOL. Please correct me on the 50%, 6% question.

Why would you let it get that low anyway? Mine always has at least 10k extra in it, and that is during weeks/months that I"m too busy doing something besides making credits (both in game and the so called real world)

Hi Sipan,

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your PA hall. However, it doestake a long time for a hall to decay, I'm guessing based on experience with some other structures, it would take about 4 weeks probably if not more.

However, regarding your question, you should be getting email almost regularly as soon as your structure drops below 100%, and most definitely at 50%. Now I've heard of the mail being buggy, like our merchants not getting notified for any of the sales that they've made from their vendors, so that may have happened to you and you just getting the last notification email.

Try putting in a ticket for it. It could bea bug for all we know.

Good luck!!

lol, back to the subject. The reason for the low maintenance was because of a move to a new location for a player city. Moving in game really IS like moving in RL lol. Takes forever to get everything settled, get guild to move, etc.Not that I have to explain myself but its in a really remote location and we don't have a shuttleport yet so traveling there isn't the fastest way to go even if you don't have a mount. Yes it was my fault for not putting maintenance, I realize that but my question is why not receive an e-mail at 50% or 25%, 6% is kind of rediculous. I submitted a ticket to SOE askiing about it. They totally ignored the question and only replied that "The reason your Pa hall was destroyed was due to lack of maintenance. In the future give another player admin rights so they can pay it if you are not able too." Nothing about the 6% was ever mentioned and the reply was concluded.

My guild has plenty of architects so rebuilding was not a problem and all of my items in the pa were replaceable. (Always keep your holos in your backpack or in the bank, whew!) Moral of the story kidsis to be careful because you may not receive any e-mails at all on your structure until its too late.

Might want to report this on the Architect forum as PA Halls are probably not the only structure with this issue.
