PA Lots - Deeded PA should transfer lots to server ownership.

Once you deploy the Deed of a PA house the server should inherit the lot useage.

This let's the PA leader get valuable resources they need to keep being an Architect or crafter and to pay the moneysink bills.

I agree 7 lots is rediculous.

7 lots on tatooine. 9 lots for everyone else.

the reason they did it this way, and it's been explained multiple times. they don't want everyone using a PA hall as a house. which means make it expensive and not many people will use them as a house.

I know that is their intent, but I still see an awful lot ofguild hallhouses around. I wonder if they could drop the lots usage, and make the guild hall dependant on the PA status (5 members, or the guild hall redeeds). As you can guess, I placed our GH and can't have a house now. Oh well, at least I can share one.

Why would they care if people used a PA for there house anyway?

Pay more maintenance and not get much else in return over and above a large house

Not very many people would be interested in this and anyone who is probably will go ahead and do it anyway

My suggestion would be for the lots to start at 7 (get rid of the 9 lot ones). Then, if you became the guild leader and obtained some number, say 10 members the hall would drop to 0 lots. This owuld only work for the guild leader and only if they had 10 members, preventing regular people from using the pa halls as personal 0 lot houses.

Why anyone would want a PA as a house is beyond me other then looks it is no different from a large house storage wise, 250, items takes 7 to 9 lots, higher maintenance to keep. I could see whating it as a house if they stored more. But for me I have 30 lots all total (3 accounts) PA, wearables factory, 4 houses (3 small 1 large), and havesters taking up all 30 lots andI still want more lots. My third character Slipstream is our Politician and thank god city hall doesn't take up lots, but now have to worry about city features taking up lots.

What I think would be interesting is if individuals could donate lots to the guild. Say a member decides he or she can do with one less lot. These lots are given over to the guild hall for allocation. Some could be applied to the lots in the guild hall. If they want some sort of cost maybe they can make it take two lots donated for one common lot in the guild. Then allow these lots to be used by appointed members of the guild.

In my guild we group mine and split the profits afterwards. The tough part is getting 5 or 6 people to get to the good spots before everyone else. If we are not all on at once and happen to be available then we can lose out big. Communal lots would vastly simplify things and make it much easier to mine. Just a thought.

I agree with Hiwracs suggestion. I have not been able to deed my PA-hall because IfI do, I cant runthe harvestors I that basically would keep the PA financially ok. So the solution is to wait for areal lifefriend to get his Cable connection up sometime early january and hope the spot I have found for it isnt taken...
