1. What is the Guild Hall Mantainace Rate?

2. Does it change depending on the Planet you are on?

3. Are there any other costs in having a Guild Hall other than mantainance and decoration costs?

For tatooine, genericand corellia PA halls it's 2400cr a day.I don't know if naboo ones are the same (are there naboo ones?)

No other costs besides maintenance. Although, an interesting feature is, anyone who has admin on the guild hall can withdraw money back from the maintenance pool into their bank. It's like a guild treasury.

The rates of all the four types of PA Halls (Tatooine, Corellian, Nabooian, and Generic) are all 100cr per hour, coming out to 2400 per day. If you have the Merchant abilities you can lower it down to 80 per day with the right skills.

Anyone who is on the admin list can add/remove credits from the pool so be careful who you allow. PAs are the only structures that allow you to remove credits, but as said above it's to serve like a guild treasury. It doesn't email or even record who takes the credits, so always be careful who is on the list.

It should be noted that while the cost of maintaining a PA doesn't change per planet, the lots the halls take do kind of. The Naboo, Corellian, and Generic PA hall all take 9 lots. The Tatooine hall only takes 7. Just thought I'd add in that additional info.
