Can I pick up my guildhall, and plant it on another planet, and still keep the name, members, etc, or will I lost the guild name forever? Or what exactly happens ?

Any help is appreciated

Yep

If you're still worried, get another member to place a hall where you want it & then pick up yours.

My guild hada guild hall in one city on Naboo, & then another in our current city on Lok for a while, so I know it's OK

Yes, you can safely pick up the hall and place it elsewhere. The only time the PA will disband is if the leader disbands it via the terminal or if you have less then 5 members. The PA is stored through the server once its created, you just need the PA to actually create it and add new members.

So move away

Oh one more thing, I'm picking up the hall on Lok, and dropping a new one on Naboo, if that matters or changes your answers?

Since you're switching planets, just make sure that your new one is either Generic or Naboo since you're placing it on Naboo and everything is all good.

perhaps try to place a new one first before removing the old one (you can let one of your members do this and afterwards transfer the structure to you)

People have been complaning about "buggy" guildterminals and keeping the old one until the new one actually works might be useful to avoid stress
