Well maybe someone asked this before or may be not but here is the scenario:
Scenario 1
I buy a Guild Hall Deed, I place it and start a guild, then JOE comes and becomes leader. Later on JOE destroys the Guild Hall and Sells the Deed....
HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS? CAN THIS EVEN HAPPEN?
Scenario 2
I buy and place a Guild Hall, I am the leader, then JOE comes and kicks me out Guild. And tells me that while he is the leader he will never let me join again...
again HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS? CAN THIS EVEN HAPPEN?

Scenario 1:
The building is always yours - unless you transfer structure to JOE, he cannot destroy it & redeed it & therefore sell it.
Scenario 2:
A fix was put in ages ago to stop the leader getting kicked. In order for JOE to kick you he needs to become leader by getting over 50% of the guild to set allegience to him (vote).
If you keep leadership, you can never be kicked & if JOE is really pissing you off, you can kick him. There is nothing to stop him from becoming leader, although he does need the support of most of the guild.

and make sure JOE isn't your second or third member, so he can't poison the minds of the other member(s)

Don't be afraid of anyone stealing your guild especially a new guild. If they were so interested in controlling a guild they would have started one themselves. Alot of people wont control guilds because they don't want to deal with the resposibility of leadership. Dealing with different people is very difficult and takes good character.
