Hi...have been listening to a lot of conflicting opinions about this and am looking for clarification...

1.If a PA disbands either by the leader disbandingthe guild; by the members dropping below certain limit or all members doing /guildremove; what happens to the PA hall...does it go poof or does it remain standing (and all contentsintact) and still deeded to the original owner?

I have been told thehallwill blow up if we disband our guild completleybut I cannot find anything on these forums to suggest that. I thought this only applied to city halls if there were insufficient residents.

Are there any circumstances where a PA hall will go poof apart from non payment of maintenance?

dont want to take anyrisks until we know for sure what we are supposed to do...

nothing happens to the guild hall at all, it will stay. the only thing that happens is all the members get an email saying that you disbanded the guild. i thought this might happen when i disbanded my guild the other day, but the hall stayed just as it was.

The guild hall and a Guild have nothing to do with eachother.

I have a Tat Guild hall I use as a Loot Storage / Designers playhouse..

The guild hall is just a building with an extra terminal.....so like he said...nothing happens to the guild hall.
