I disbanded my guild and the rest of the members still are in the guild even though i was the leader. now when they type /guildremove it doesnt work.what now

I assume you mean you disbanded the guild by choosing the disband option on the guild management terminal. If so, I would suggest waiting a full week to see if the last remnants of the guild are removed on PA Update day or a server reset. If a full week comes and goes then contact a CSR.
