Will the vendors poof also or be left standing in mid air?

As far as I know, Vendors can only exist inside of a structure so I would assume anything inside the structure, including the vendors would be destroyed when the PA hall is destroyed.

indeed, all is destroyed then. this might be a bad thing, but in many cases it is what people do to get rid of inactive vendors :-)
