I was just wandering, how does one PA blow up another PA's base?

Urmm.TBH that has nothing to do with PA's, a pa might own the base but this is not the place to ask the question, go and ask it in the GCW forum and you find your answer.

If you're refering to guild halls, it is not possible to destroy another guilds pa hall. The only thing that can be destroyed is faction bases which is the Galactic Cival Wars area. Please post there and I'm sure they can help you.
