How many people do you need to get a shuttleport in a city. We currently have 41. Are we close?

Your city will require 55 Citizens ( Level 3 Player City ), to get a Shuttle port.

Just a slight correction. While it is 55 citizens, that would bea rank 4, City. Level 3 is a Township and cannot support a shuttleport.
Believe me...our city just went through this struggle, dropping from City to Township because we dropped to 53 citizens. We retained the shuttleport during the one-week "grace period" but the boundaries of the city shrank to Township level, with the ultimate effect of dropping us to 39 citizens instantly, as 14 of those 53 were now outside city limits. We had to scramble for the next week to relocate as many of those 14 as possible and find enough new citizens to get us back up to at least 55 before the next cycle.
But we did it.

Although you got your answers here, next time you might want to try the politician forum as this is for PA's and Grouping issues

This forum is for discussing of Guilds and Groups in general and their functions.
While guilds often do have Cities, that is not a Guild feature in any way and for the best assistance you should post in either the Politician forum or the newly made Cities and Housing forum as they would be better suited for your questions regarding a city.
