Thread: Promblem with Guild Termanil

Hello All,
My guild has a big promblem, the Guild terminal is locked and no one can vote for a new guild leader.
Here is what happened.
1) about 2 weeks ago the email for the election went out.
2) the new guild leader registered and a few people voted.
3) with in the next few days the term was completely locked and no one else could vote or be added to the guild.
4) This past Friday an email went out saying the old leader won the elecetion...but her account has been deleted.
5) then an other email went out saying the election had started again because the old guild leader has not logged on for a month.
6) Our new guild leader tried to register for the election again but the terminal was still locked.
Any idea when will they fix this issue?

There isn't an ETA but it is a known issue they are working on. This particular problem has quite a few different causes for it though as it's happening in a lot of different situations for people. I'll pass on your info along to the Dev team though incase it might help then find another cause.

Yeah I just found all this out today.
I was puting a new recruit in our guild and for some reason /guildremove was not working for her.
so in all my infinite wisdom I decided to try it .... sure enough it worked so i put my alt on to put me back in and now no one can access the terminal.
Which this really blows because the city council has just went on a recruiting spree with cu.
We are a very active guild with 80+ members and members knocking on our door to get in with no way to let them in

It's being worked on, but there isn't an ETA. Can't really say much else unfortunately, hopefully we'll get a fix really soon. It's an issue for a lot of guilds and Customer Service has been pushing for a fix as well since they're getting a lot of calls about it and are unable to fix it.
