I talked to a CSR and they told me someone was assigned to this problem on 5/1... Any ideas on how long it will take to fix the issue of a leaderless guild...

We cannot access any of our guild terminals, accept or kick any problem players.... I was the guild leader and the system said i was inactive and it elected %TU as the guild leader....

We have been told to disband the guild and reform it but the CSR cannot guarantee that we will get the same name back which we are very much in love with so that is not an option.

I know your dev team have a lot going on but this is a very important issue as well. WE have about 15 people waiting for guild membership and we need to take care of guild business as well..

Please give us an update on when this fix will be corrected.....

There is not a current ETA on it, so I can't say if the CSR gave you correct information or not as far as it being assigned on 5/1 or not but it is being worked on. It depends on how many causes of the issue there are on how long it'll take to fix because there are several different reasons it is happening. But this is a very high priority fix for Customer Service because it's generating a lot of tickets.

This problem's been around for over a month now. I'm disappointed that they assigned it to someone on 5/1, a month after the problem occurred.

In any case, you'll probably receive a response that says that

The devs are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

They're super busy with the expansion

There is no ETA

btw...we're having the same problem...and we're reforming a new guild this weekend

thanks for your reply i appreciate your effort on this.

I would also form a new guild but aren't you worried you will not be able to get your name back right away.

I would reform in a heart beat if we could get someone to test this after being disbanded that the name that you just disbanded becomes available immediately. If you reguild "Okano and use the same name let me know if it works that is my most pressing worry.

We have developed a great name and do not want to start over with the guild name..
