I'll explain for anyone who doesn't know quick. my character is the leader of my guild. I /guildremoved to allow someone else to lead. The patch came and now the officers I left in charge, and in fact no one has access to PA terminals. CSR's can't access them and have given me no answers. I have every single active member of the guild (over 100) putting in CSR tickets but have yet to get a response, other than "hmmm that is wierd" and "It's a known issue". It's been around two weeks now and I haven't seen anything official yet

It's a known issue, but I don't have any updated information on it other than they know about it. I've been trying to get more info.

The same thing is happened to our Guild Management Terminals.

Our guild leader /guildremoved himself and now none of us can access the terminals. CSR's have spent several hours with us. This happened last 9 days ago and I immediately contacted the CSRs.All I can get from them is that the "devs are working on a resolution" and they "hope it is resolved soon".

I need an ETA of a fix. Do we wait or do we have each of our members /guildremove themselves and start a brand new guild?

We're experiencing the same trouble, and have gotten the same responses. For example: "Unfortunately, this is a current known issue being investigated by Development. At this time there is no work around or fix for this issue, nor is in game support able to re-add players back to the guild itself. I understand your frustration...." WEEEEEEE!

Right now, just have patience. Don't disband your guild as that's going to cause you more headaches in the end than waiting will.

Could you possibly have a dev let us know what is going on in some way. We have a very active guild of over 100 people who can't view a member list, change titles, add or remove members. Funny thing is we have one of the first jedi on our servers back after taking several months off and we can't even add him, or tell him and the other people who are waiting to get guild access how long it could possibly take because there is zero communication from anyone at SoE concerning the problem. Is there someone around who could possibly shed light on the issue that is apparently effecting serveral hundred paying customers across several servers?

I'm relaying info that I've been given to hand out, it's a known issue and they're trying to get it resolved. There isn't an ETA on it at the moment.

I hope its soon.. our guild leader has been absent for some time. And then the guild elections showed up and now we can't access them, so we can't get a new guildleader to lead the guild. We are stuck.
