My guild term now is reflectinga vote when no one activated it and the leader logged on in the past 2 weeks. What gives?

Has anyone placed a PA Hall recently? My PA started an election when I placed a second PA Hall, not sure why it happened though. All the leader needs to do is goto the terminal and turn it off though and it'll take care of it. The leader can toggle on or off elections anytime he/she wishes.

I turned off the elections last night but when/if I wanted to turn them on how do I do that?
Not seeing an option to turn them back on.

Where it said Disable Elections on the guild terminal on the 2nd radial menu option it will have Enable Elections now. It might take it a couple secs before it'll change to say enable instead of disable.

It's been over 24 hours now and I still don't have the option to turn the elections back on.

And now the elections were turned back on without me doing anything.
