We have moved our new PA to Rori. Rori being on the whole a not very flat planet, placing of housing and PAs has been quite tricky but manageable. Ever since we have moved from Corelia to Rori our PA Hall has been having a very peculiar problem. At random times various players cannot seem to get down into the basement it says you are already on the lowest floor yadda yadda...is this down to the depression on the ground that the PA is mounted on per chance causing this as its not dead flat? or the server boundary problem maybe? or something else...the players then at random times get access and this isnt from a server reset neither! it can be literally go into PA cant get down lift..come back 5 mins later yes you can doh!

I have sent a ticket in and got the really helpful ..erm havnt heard this one before must be a new bug and will be fixed hopefully soon...LOL yeah thks alot meantime all guild storage has now had tobe placed in the back room on the ground floor not really very good tbh.

Any ideas peeps?

this bug has become a common addition to my guild hall. relogging doesnt help, so basically when you go to access the elevator you roll the dice to see if you can go down or not.

we have sent in tickets too but honestly i dont think they know what is causing the problem yet.

the bug came in when they raised the city cap on the planets, i think vehicles where in that same patch. our hall has been in the same spot since around last july/august and we've had the bug since the day that update came out.

my suggestion is to learn to live around it. most of the time it wont be a problem, but thats usually not when you actually need something thats in the basement.

I can assure you it has nothing to do with the lay of the land because my PA hall is on top of a plateau on Corellia. Perfectly flat land all around the thing and there are times I can't get to the basement. Must just have some other cause to it but it isn't that big of a deal since our PA hall isn't used for storage (how can it be if I want to have it look nice?) so we just use the main floor for getting together if we go over there.

Yes its certainly very random, as of right now its ok apparently and we have done nothing to it at all. We do have 'postbags' (named backpacks) for our Guildies in there for dropping off bits and pieces, we use it for like a Post Office Pick up point, all this has now been moved to the ground floor so the basement is in effect useless.

2 guys cudnt get into the basement a few days back, they came outside generated their bikes got on, got off, stored them, and hey presto they got in, now whether that was a fluke who knows we havn't had to try it since.
