I am sure that this question may have been asked before and answered in some other thread so please bear with me:

I am the leader of a guild. I placed the original guild hall. Now the guild has grown and we have a couple of guild halls on a few other planets obviously owned by other guild mates.

What would happen to my guild and my guild leader status if I were to /transferstructure the pa hall that I own to another guild mate?

/transferstructure will do just that. You will remain leader with all leadership rights. In fact, as soon as the PA is formed the leader can be someone different than the owner of the PA Hall, even if it is the PAs only Hall.
