Have over half of your guild visit the PA Hall's Guild Management Terminal and Set Allegience to you. Within one week of over 50% declaring allegience the Leader title in the guild should transfer to you and you will be able to set permissions via the guild management terminal.

Ok, heres whats going on... our guild leader (I'm "second in command") is quitting the game for personal/family reasons.. I belive if he does this, the guild will not be disbanded BUT is there anyway to transfer power? As it stands right now, only he can set permissions on people. So when a new member joins, there will be no way for me to set permissions on him so he can sponsor members or email the guild... Basically we need him to transfer the power over to me, is that possible?
