we are changing leaders once again . but i was wondering if the day that the guild terminal updates is based off of the day the guild hall was placed or the day the guild was formed . example if guild A was formed on satjan 2 at 22:06 would that be our updat day or is it reset eachtime we pick up a guild hall and place it again

It is exactly one week after the guild was formed, as modified by all of the server downtime that has happened since the guild was formed. It has nothing to do with the placement, or lack thereof, of the guild hall. So, once a PA has started there is no way to change the update time without disbanding the PA.

So in other words, as J here beat me to the eloquent answer, keep telling your people to set allegiance to you and be patient. I think it took me about 10 days to get that all done. Not to mention the fact that I had about 25-35 inactive members on the list and had to drop them in order for the votes to go my way. It can be a major pain in the caboose but you'll get it with enough patience and fortitude.
