I was wondering forgive me if someone said this earlier, but i would like for the banners outside of the hall to represent your faction ie like have imp or reb banners on naboo halls instead of the blue yellow banners that are up now.

This is a good way to give PAs a bit more individuality. There are a lot of good ideas on this topic including PA Emblems and tatoos and many other thoughts. When SOE is ready to flesh out PAs we have a nice big list for them.

Since when did PA hall have banners? NONE of the PA halls on Shadowfire Have them? Is there something about the servers that gives each server something special?

All of the servers are the same. There should be two banners on the outside of the PA hall (One on the left and right of the door). You don't really notice them since they're all the same unless you look. That's what we're hoping they'll eventually let us customize.

good idea, if you could have a choice. My PA is mixed, so I would hang a rebel and an imperial banner next to eachother ^_^

Yes, but someone else may want a picture of 2 Smurfs "smurfing" on their banner.
