We had a guild member drop the guild due to a prank where someone thought it was funny to do a "/guildr" on /gu.

We lost 7 members due to the prank. Six have been reinstated, but the 7th cannot. We have had everyone with guild acceptance abilities try to accept them. And it wont work. It wont let us sponsor them either.

Any clue why this would be happening.

fyi..the member does want in, and had been standing out infront of the PA hall whenever we;ve tried.

Update: 24hours later the member was able to join succesfully after multiple tries by multiple ppl.

Have you tried doing it inside at the guild terminal?

Also, try having him do /guildremove again to see if maybe something is bugged.

If that still doesn't work and you know for a fact he's clicking yes, try contacting a CSR to see if they can help.

Most likely their character was bugged and once the server restarted it cleared up.
