I have gotten contradicting information on this subject. Ifanother member of my guild sets up a hall i know that hall will be linked to our main hall. my question is about the terminal. Could we sponsor members from the second hall? would we have full access to the guild terminal in that hall?

Your second hall will not be linked to your main hall for structure purposes. It will have a separate Administration List (ie for placing items and depositing maintenance). It will have a separate maintenance pool that will have to be filled with credits, just like the first hall. The only way the two halls will be related is that the second hall's Guild Management Terminal should act exactly the same as the first Guild Management Terminal. This means you will be able to sponsor and accept members, the guild leader should be able to change permissions, etc.

So, to put it this way, the two halls are linked to the same guild, but they are not linked to each other.
