Thread: Guild building variety- PLEASE

Greetings,
An encouraging criticism:
I would like to see more variety in guild hall designs. Personally Ilike the smaller guild halls found in static cities over the multi-level behemouth ones. Some even have carpet! And the monuments attached to them add more grandure then the current cookie cutter variety. Tatooine has its own variety... is there any way to allow these others for more diversity? And since they are smaller can they only be worth six lots instead of nine? Anyone else second this?

The Tat PA hall only uses 7 lots.

Reducing the lot space required has been requested a few times but I think the devs will first work on the amount of items that can placed inside of them. As for statues its a good idea. Some people do custom their guild halls. Mine has statues out side of it and our guild leader did some great work setting up the inside of it. Even has a meeting room. If your guild hall is in a city you can have the mayor place things like statues and lights outside of it. Not sure about what else. We even have a brazier in front of ours. If you can Try different things and furniture to customize yours. Make it really yours.

While asking for new buildings for PAs isn't impossible, it's not very likely that they would add new buildings for PAs only. Jas had the idea that they make it possible for us to instead be able to add guild terminals to any structure so that it would at least allow variety in that manner. If they ever approve that idea, then we'd just want to try and poke the Architect Correspondant into getting them to make some new structures for everyone and then you could place in it.
It's all still hopes and dreams at this point, but they keep us moving forward.
