Right here's my problem:-
I'm GL and own the PA hall, i want to do a swap of lots with a fellow guild member when i do the /transferstructure command with him stood next to me i get an error saying "vendorXXXXX may not be traded and must be put into inventory or destroyed before building can be transfered"
Are we saying the PA hall has to be empty, before i transfer it ???
We use the building as our mall and has 250 items in it and 000's of items on each vendor, this would take an age and stop me playing jtl as i have no slots left.

To answer your question, no, the PA hall does not have to be empty. But I do believe that any building that has a vendor in it, cannot be transfered. You would have to remove the vendors and then transfer the hall.
As for lots, they recently reduced the lot requirement from 9 to 7 specifically because they knew that PA leaders would gripe and groan of being at a disadvantage in space. 7 lots is still to much of a burden for a PA leader to bear, but bear it we will.

Atytula is correct.
There is a bug from publish 10 that does not permit you to transfer a structure with a vendor inside. Please see the thread I just bumped (after seeing this) in this forum. /bug the issue please.
