It leaves the position of guild leader vacant in the guild and your guild would need to choose a new leader via set allegiance.

Just went through this recently.
Guild leader leaves guild. Guild terminal will show Leader: NULL or something like that. If no one sets allegiance, the system automatically makes someone a leader after a few days.

What about the structure, if he quits the PA, does he still give up his lots for the PA or does he have to /transferstructure ?

We wanted to change the guild leader of our guild (it defaulted to the one who placed the PA Hall originally and voting may be a bit borked because we had no idea of the time frame) by having the guild leader leave the guild, hoping that leadership would transfer to the new owner of the PA Hall. It didn't and we had no guild leader....meaning no one could set permissions and do other administrative stuff that they weren't already authorized to do. We accepted him back into the guild and he automatically became guild leader again.
We finally gave up on trying. If someone has a successful way to do these, please let me know.

I dont beileve you need to own guild hall to be guild leader. The placer is automatically set to guild leader unless voted out. But they still own the guild hall its pretty much thier house.

Based on my experience with this exact situation...if a guild leader removes themself from the guild, there will be no leader for a few days (possibly until next PA update). After a few days a new leader will be chosen, if one was not voted on.
If the guild leader owns the hall and leaves the guild, they still own the hall, just no rights for the PA.

So if a guildleader was voted out against his will....doesnt that mean he could set permission to private so nobody can enter..including ppl still in the guild? This is wierd lol
In otherwords..theres no point voting the guildleader out unless he/she wishes to leave??

No, you can vote out the PA leader and still have access to a hall. By default, the PA hall lists the guild its tied to on the entry list and I'm not sure if it can be removed or not, but I'm thinking it can't.
Either way, if the former leader did somehow restrict access to the PA, then simply have ANYONE in the guild place a new PA hall and problem solved. It automatically ties into the PA and is a new hall for your guild. Besides.. if you voted out the guild leader and removed them from the guild completely, why would you want to use the old hall that they own?
There are always ways to keep the PA going despite what the leader can/can't do short of just disbanding.
