Forgot I had one more question

I am familiar with how to use hex codes in the prosess of using colors in structure names but I am confused in how to add some codes that will allow options for underline / underscores and how to do a linebreak and if possible center the text.

Example:

Welcome to
Example Guild Name PA Hall

Now Open to New Membership Applications
Merry Christmas to Everyone!

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

This is really quite simple... use notepad coupled with copy/paste

I tihnk most people just use the new /notepad feature in-game, type up their signs how they want it to look, then copy/paste it into the naming box for their house.

Just keep in mind that the name or sign on your house is visible to anyone who comes within range of your structure. And nobody wants to be seeing alot of annoying, or irritating, distracting signs, or houses with really long or huge names on them. So please, use this feature sparingly, lest the powers that be strike us down and take it away from us.

Ok, I'm not familiar with how to do the coloring. Is there a place somewhere that has a breakdown of the steps?

I apologize if this is a "noob" question
