We are mostly a rebel guild located on rori. We have around 5 imps that have a guild hall on theed. What do we need to do so they can bring in new members without flying to rori everytime?

We have submitted CSR tickets with no luck and had the guild owner (from 1st guild hall) travel out to theed to give admin rights to the imp and no option is available.

thx

Those of us that are imperial need admin rights on the guild management. If i am not mistaken, just the guild leader needs to head to the other pa hall and add those two to the guild management as admin. Please correct me if this is wrong.

There is no such thing as a guild management admin list. What there are are separate permissions that can be turned on/off separately for each person in the PA. These can be found on the Guild Terminal. They include...

Sponsor

Accept

Mail

Kick

Guildwar

Rename the PA

Title

I might be forgetting one or two. To allow someone to let new people in the guild both the Sponsor and Accept permissions need to be turned on. If they are on a plus + will be next to them.

What exactly are you saying?

Can your PA Leader pull up options on the new PA Hall at Theed? If not, was this Hall placed by someone who was not yet in your PA? You may have to redeed the hall.

When you say admin, are you talking about permissions on the Guild Terminal or admin rights on the PA Hall's Structure Management terminal?

If a hall is connected to your PA at all it will have the same permissions and abilities for everyone no matter which PA Hall was used to start the PA or set the permissions.

Ok, awaiting for nemisis to test out the new permission settings (which were "-") and now brings me to another question:

I have 2 accounts, On my first account, I had the sponsor / accept abilities and my other character didn't. Is their a default setting for new people or does the leader have to manually set each one?

Everything has to be manually set at this time. Default is alll minuses "-". A ranks system would update this and has already been proposed to the Devs. They strongly agree it needs help but they say it will take some development time...
