Hi,

Our existing PA hall is owned by a player that is no longer online. This wouldnt be such a problem but, we are changing the look of the hall and he left us with an empty vendor that talks whenever someone walks in. How can we fix this problem without pulling GH maitenance funds and letting the PA hall collapse. There are also 2 other empty vendor machines owned by players that have disappeared. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you're actual PA hall is owned by a player who is no longer online, you would need to get another deed so you can replace the hall if you need to move it or no one else is listed as an admin. You would also want to have the members of the guild vote for a new leader so that you can continue to function as a guild. You need to get 51% of the guild to set allegiance to a new leader in the guild so they will have the ability to assign permissions so you can continue to grow, set ranks, etc..

If you place a new PA Hall, it should tie into the current PA, and once you have a new leader set up, you would no longer be dependant on the old PA hall and could let it fall and it wouldn't matter if the old leader/owner of that PA hall was ingame or not anylonger.

Good luck.
