I have over 50% of my pa there and it wont work. What should i do?

It can take up to one week for the leadership to change. If it still hasn't changed, then get everyone to set alligance again because more than likely some have not actually done it or did it incorrectly, thus it didn't change.

I mentioned in my last response to you that it would take one week, but since you're still posting I assume you've already waited that long. When you say you have over 50% of your members "there" does that mean they all used the guild terminal to declare allegience?

I have heard of someone else having an allegience problem recently, so this may have raised its ugly head again. I'm tracking it closely.
