In my Player City (Mos Arcanum, Tatooine, Chilastra), two PA Halls have poofed in the past week, even though the owners say in each case that there was 3-4 weeks worth of maintenance in the treasury. One PA Hall was Orion Faction; the other was mine, House Arcanum. We've both opened CSR tickets; no reply so far.

I did get 4 e-mails warning me of low maintenance in the 48 hours before the Hall poofed -- but I was offline during those 48 hours. Before then, I and other guild members had checked the hall, and we had at least 3 weeks' worth of maintenance as of last week.

Did PA Hall maintenance costs suddenly increase over the past week? Or is this a bug? Is there anything we can do?

i have heard of server boundaries making things go poof. On my server there was a base that went bye-bye and my friend sent in a ticket and the CSR said it had to do with server boundaries. He got the deed back in his inventory btw.

This happened to someone on kauri with pa hall + 2 small houses. The CSR bascially called him a liar and said he wouldn't reimberse anything. The status went form 100 to 0 in about 5 min. (with about 50k in the maint)

It happened to KOR on Tatooine, on Kettemoor.

happened to me, and i couldnt pay maitenance. it was on the boundary of traders outpost, tatooine (starsider)

Well chalk up Dark Legions for having the same problem. We just lost our PA and the 2 houses sitting next to it. Kanyon had the PA on his lots, and the lots remained while the PA was gone. After sending in a ticket, he was confronted by a CSR who claimed thatKANYON DID IT !!! Sounds like the Devs and CSR's are NOT capable of owning up to their own mistakes. They just blame us. After attempting to regain our PA from the CSR, he was banned from game for using foul language. I dont blame Kanyon one bit, I would have been cussing at the **edit** CSR too if he told me that I destroyedmy own guild's PA!!

I had that problem with my large house. Except the CSR said it was a known bug that if the City has Taxes, it takes it out of maintence and sometimes it takes out more than it should or it gets locked up. Then it'll take it all out in 1 big shot, I got a CSR to help return the condition to 100 cause I dumped 60k into it and it still wasn't going up.
