Player Associations Archive

This has probably come up before, but I think to truely implement gang/pa wars, we need to have an ingame list of all PA's on that server, or atleast that planet. PA Masters should be able to browse this ingame option, and be able to set a WAR flag on another faction. The opposing PA Master recieves a mail, and must CONFIRM the WAR flag. Now, the two PA's are at WAR. And with an easy /paovert command, you set yourself Overt as your wonderful PA. Thus, PA wars can be simple, fun, and practical. I hate PA's moving in on my hunting ground. :>
