RIght now one of the biggest complaints that a PA leader has is the 9 lots needed for the PA hall. Now, this is not a complete solution, but it is for us factional PAs .

Right now factional HQs take up 6 lots. I think it is the same for all the different HQs out there. For the two most expensive, could they not add a guild management terminal. A PA would be able to redeed the PA hall and use the HQ to recruit players. If the HQ were to be destroyed, a PA hall or another detachement HQ would have to be placed.

This would give people an incentive to join the GCW and it would give PA leaders an option to having a PA hall. What does everyone think. Any way to expand on this idea?
