Right now, Guild Titles are only for role-playing purposes. You can't even see someone's title unless you go to the Guild Terminal and look, or target someone and type /guildstatus. There is no such thing as Guild Ranks yet, there is only individual permissions that the PA Leader can set for each individual Guild Member. These permissions include sponsor, accept, guild mail, guildwar, and others.

The Devs agree that there needs to be an alternative to settingpermissions on each individual member. I have proposed a ranks system for doing this, but it is a matter of development time. I am trying to find out when PAs are scheduled some Dev time and then we can flesh out our suggestions on this topic.
