From the Test Center notes:
Guild Hall: Increased the time that it takes for PA hall to decay from lack of maintenance to about 30 days.
We are on the radar at least!

Ausgezeichnet.
So I'll be able to take a vacation and not worry about whether or not my guildies are taking care of it.
