Saw a post you did in another thread (Tues Tips from memory). You stated that to send an e-mail to your guild you just use "guild" as the addressee. I dispute this, asI have been unable to get it to work.
I have tried:
guild
GUILD
GUILD:BAHG
guild:BAHG
guild:bahg
and none of them work.
I am a member of the oldest standing Guild Hall on Starsider/Tatooine and this would be usefull, but as yet does NOT appear to work.

I have used this myself and it has worked. Are you the PA Leader? If not, has the PA Leader enabled that permission for you? If none of that solves it then there may be a lingering bug (it is always possible) and I'd be very interested in investigating it.
OK. Now we might be getting somewhere.. What exactly does my PA leader need to do ? (No I am not the PA Leader).

I have a simple question on the sponsored selection. We've known who we wanted in the guild at the start and sponsored and accepted them right away. Now we have new folks wishing to join. Does sponsor give them any rights like to talk in our guild chat or anything? One of our requirements is they go on a hunt or two with the guild combatants. Well if they only know me they're kinda outta luck unless they can hear guild chat and know when they are going out to hunt as I'm usually at home crafting.
Just wanted to know if being sponsored actually granted the person any rights at all, or if not what's the purpose of it?
Sponsoring someone also sends out a guild-wide email notfiying everyone of the new sponsoree. I tell my guildies to keep their eye out for new sponsorees so they can group up and "check them out" before we do a final approval.
Acceptance sends out a guild wide email. Only the guild leader get the sponsored email. I'm not sure why we're different.
Seems sponsor is kind of a waste of time. It doesn't list them as interested, doesn't alert my guild and I have to be sure to make sure they get in the hunts we require on my own as neither my hunters nor the sposor think to talk to each other. We'll just keep saving people the trouble of running out to the PA hall until they are ready for acceptance.
