Hello,
I really have alot of info to my fellow PA members. But SWG is horrible as a text editor, and if I write a long email and forget to move my avatar once in 30 minutes I get kicked off, losing all information I had in an email.
This irritates me VERY VERY much!
Now, I have heard rumours that it is possible to write your stuff outside SWG, and then have it into SWG in som way.
But how do you do it?
(By the way: I find myself using quite alot of time searching for answers to questions like this on the boards and elsewhere. It should have been in a manual! With SWG you can't even say RTFM!)
Excuse my anger,

In the main directory there is a file called notes. paste it into there, then in swg to access it type /note it will bringit up and everything you have saved in it, you need to re-map the cut/paste keys as well, I use ctrl-shift and x/c/v as normal.

Allright, so I have gotten as far as to actually get the text into the in-game /notepad.
What I now have a problem with is cutting and pasting it.
I Ctrl-O (options), but I can't find out how to "remap" to Cut / Copy / Paste.
I don't see these at all there!
Then how can I "remap" them?

Go to the chat tab. You'll find them listed as chatCut, chatCopy, and chatPaste. If I recall, they're about half way down...

Go into you options and go to the key-remap area. Then re-map copy and clip to keys you want. They are in the chat tab of key-remap. The copy clip is balnk by default.
